01How do you check in?+
Our team will contact you after reservation confirmation with check-in instructions. A Guest Services Executive will welcome you and verify a valid Passport or Emirates ID for every guest.
02What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and standard check-out is by 12:00 PM.
03Can I request early check-in or late check-out?+
Yes, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
04Is smoking allowed?+
All accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only on balconies or in designated building areas.
05Are pets or parties allowed?+
Pets and parties are not allowed in our accommodations.
06How many guests can stay?+
Maximum occupancy depends on the number of bedrooms and is confirmed for each residence.
07Can an extra bed or baby cot be arranged?+
Some apartments can accommodate an extra bed or baby cot when requested in advance.
08Is cleaning included?+
Additional housekeeping can be arranged during your stay for an extra fee.
09Are parking and internet included?+
Complimentary parking and internet are available for in-house guests.
10What is the Tourism Dirham Fee?+
AED 10 per bedroom, per night is collected at the property upon check-in.
11Is a security deposit required?+
A refundable security deposit is collected on arrival and released after check-out.
