How do you check-in?

Our Team will reach out to you upon confirmation of your reservation for check-in instructions. You may also contact us for instructions at +971 58 820 7177 or send an email to reservations@lamaison.ae. Our Guest Services Executive will provide you an in-room check-in and will orient you on the facilities of your accommodation.

It is also a legal requirement by the Government of Dubai that all guests must present a valid identification (Passport/Emirates ID) upon check-in. Children below 18 years of age need to be accompanied by their parents/guardians.

What are the check-in and check-out timings?

The standard check-in time is at 3pm and standard check-out time is at 12pm.

Do you allow early check-in and late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon request and will be subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, it can be arranged with additional fee.

Is smoking allowed?

Your accommodation is strictly non-smoking; hence, smoking is permitted at the balcony or on designated smoking areas of the building.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in any of our accommodations.

Are parties allowed?

According to the Property Management’s regulations, parties are not allowed.

How many guests can sleep in the property?

There is a maximum occupancy in every accommodation depending on the number of bedrooms.

Can extra bed or baby cot be arranged?

Some apartments have additional space for extra bed or baby cot but do not forget to place your request in advance. Extra charges may apply.

Is cleaning included?

Cleaning is not included in the rate; hence, can be arranged with additional fee.

Is there a parking space?

Parking is complimentary for in house guests.

Is internet free?

Internet connectivity is complimentary in all rooms.

What is Tourism Dirham Fee?

A Tourism Dirham Fee is imposed by the City (on Hotels, Serviced Apartments and Holiday Homes) and will be collected at the property upon check-in. The fee is AED 10 per bedroom per night.

Is security deposit required?

A security deposit will be obtained upon arrival to serve as a guarantee against the return of your accommodation in good condition which will be fully released upon check-out should there be no damage witnessed.
