The maximum occupancy policy for guest and visitor must be strictly observed.
Unregistered visitor will not be accommodated.
Keys and access cards will be issued to the guest to be used within the specified period. Any lost and damaged key / access card will be paid by the guest. Any request for additional key / access card will be subject for approval of the Building Management and additional fee will be paid by the guest.
Any unlawful activity will result to immediate ejection and notification to Dubai Police. As such, rental charges and security deposit will be non-refundable.
Parties and loud music / excessive noise are not allowed.
A security deposit will be obtained from the guest and will be used against any damage to the property. The amount will be returned in full after check-out inspection should there be no damaged witnessed in the accommodation.
The security deposit will be non-refundable in case of early termination by the guest.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation but is permitted at the balcony or outdoor areas. The security deposit will be non-refundable upon signs of smoking inside the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in the premises.
The agreement between La Maison and tenant is valid up until the end of the specified period, after which date, it is considered null and void.
Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of La Maison and it is subject to availability.
La Maison is not responsible for any valuable items or cash money owned by the guest.
If the guest acts against any of the conditions made in this agreement, La Maison has the right to eject the guest from the premises instantly and the guest loses his / her right to the conditions of the booking.
At the end of the booking, the premises, fixtures and fittings, must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the lease. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest.
